Ran from the Mall to home after the Kids piano and voice recital.  Mostly all downhill, then the last 4 miles were flat and slight rolling hills.  I felt strong during the whole run!!

Mile Splits: 8:23, 8:09, 7:52, 7:59, 7:55, 7:34, 7:34, 7:33, 7:34.

Early this morning I did P90X Back & Biceps and Ab RipperX.
