Triclub Workout at Sand Hollow.  Over 100 degrees and very windy!!  Ran first at a 8:20 pace.  Jumped in the lake after my run to cool off.  Then swam a mile in 30:30. Biked to Hurricane and around at a 17.1 mph average for 20 miles.
