Ran a good 10k today.  I know I could have ran faster, but this was still a good run.  My average pace was 7:23.  The first 2 miles was hilly and the rest flat.  Weather was perfect!!!

Cathy, Josh, And Elijah ran the 10K too.  They all PR and placed.  Britnee and Haylee ran the 5k.  Britnee finished first in her age group.

Ran home from the race as a cool down at a 9:00 pace.  We were almost run down by a car in the crosswalk.  I caught up to the jerk at the Wal-mart.  I gave him a good tounge lashing, and he apoligized.  He was lucky I was in a good mood!!

I did P90X yoga this afternoon.  That felt really good!!!  Then Cathy and I rode an easy 21 mile bike ride on mostly level path.  Our average speed was 16 mph.
