Ran 1 mile on tread mill. Walked 2 miles after around the neighborhood. Taking this week off. Knees are sore from tight hams and quads.

Feeling A LOT better. Only ran 1 mile after I walked 3 miles on the treadmill. I don't want to push it yet with tight hams.

I could have pushed this race a little harder, but after taking a week off for my sore right knee, I'm very pleased with my run and time. This time should be a good indicator that I can run a 3:45 marathon this October. Good News!!! My knee doesn't hurt!!!
