Ran from diamond vly to dammeron vly and back on the SGM course. Enjoyed the cooler temps. Ran easy with cathy the first 5 miles. Pushed back at close to marathon pace.

Long run. We ran from the SGM start to almost mile 21. My odometer isnt exactly correct. Not enough water and nutrition. Last couple miles were hard. Ave 8:45
