Ran from snow cyn to worthen park. I still feel tired, but I pushed it. I eally wanted to quit so many times but my friends pulled me along. Splits: 7:24, 7:11, 7:28, 7:05, 6:50, 7:03, 6:54, 7:04, 7:23, 7:15, 7:13(0.5 mile)

I wanted to see what my tolerances were for a hot run. 100 is still too hot to run in. I did hold pace but not sure that was worth it! Splits: 7:20, 7:10, 7:08, 7:15, 7:18, and 7:18(0.6 mile) I ran faster uphill than coming back down. I'm sure the heat played into that.

Not my best effort on a saturday run. Walked a few times, not sure it was due to the heat or just too tired to run. I seemed to have found too many hills to run up today. My slower splits are hills. Splits: 8:02, 7:35, 7:20, 7:19, 7:20, 7:18, 7:17, 7:14, 7:27, 7:31, 7:18, 7:18, 7:27, and 7:16(0.2 mile)
