BLURG!!!! We argued whether to do 6X200 & 6x400 or 6X1000.... we compromised on 2X200 and 4x1000. I'm not sure if that was any better! I wanted the shorter distances! :) I was dizzy after that last 1000, but I ran a strong cool down mile at 7:19 pace.

1-mile warm-up, 2x100 sprint/glides, 2x200 (41 & 39sec) w/ 1:00 recovery, 4x1000 (3:52, 3:53, 3:59, 4:06) with 3:00 recovery, 1 mile cool down

shoot, i probably would have come if you were doing that workout! I didn't feel like doing six 200's and 400's today. I prefer the longer intervals. I ran up snow canyon instead. Maybe ill see you guys next week!

I thought the 200's and 400's was the easier workout. I do better at the shorter intervals! We have 8x400m TT, 3:00-4:00 rest... TT is time trial pace or basically all-out effort!! :)

i know, i am weird. I prefer 800s the most. seems like the shorter ones, by the time i get in my groove they are over....
