Lunch run. Did my 5k at the park & neighborhood plus one more loop. No deer flys out today. Too windy!

Hit the lap pool after work. 300 WU, 10x25 sprints on 30sec, 100, 5x50 sprints, 50 CD. Finished early. I got a little dizzy during this swim.
