Back to work and I went running for lunch. One deer fly tried to catch me.
For the past month I have been running and a lot of walking in many places of Europe and Asia. I hope to update my past month
Ran to the rec ctr, ran 2 mi on the TM, and ran home. Easy run

Ran my lunch time loop. Not a bad day for the temps getting hotter here. One deer fly got me and then I got him plus i got one more.

Lunch run on my 6 mile loop. I added another mile to find a drink at another park. Also, I fought 3 deer flies... I won!
