Ran about 7 mile of trail with Marc, then ran home. The paved road felt so good to run on after the brutality of trail terrain!! I wanted to run longer but my lower legs were trashed from the trail. Also, I was chafing really bad!!! Probably the worst I have ever chafed!!

7 mile of t??? What the heck?

Hey, are you two running Painters (or the St George Half-whatever it is called these days)? I will be the pace group leader for 1:50 this year. Maybe we will run into each other again!

Happy New Year to you two!

Happy New Year to you!!! I am signed up for St George Half. I will look for you for sure. Also, my iphone is not very cooperative when I log on this site. I will fix it. :)

You will be way faster than 1:50, but you can cheer us in! ;o)
